Hello everyone! I hope you are all well :)

As I prepare to bring back my newsletter with weekly content, I’m excited to introduce Ask Emma! Cooking Q&As.

For those of you who don’t know, I am a professional chef, trained at Leiths School of Food & Wine in London and as well as my research into Goan cuisine, I wanted give you guys the chance to ask me any cooking related questions. Not sure what joint of meat to use in a curry? Unsure how to make the perfect rice? Got a question about how to make your own spice blend? Or even help with baking or cooking vegetables? This isn’t restricted to Goan or Indian food - whatever it is, in my cooking Q&As, I will be answering your burning cooking questions on video.

I am planning to make my cooking Q&As the first part of my newsletter which will be exclusive for paid members, but for the first couple, these will be open to everyone. Please write your questions in the comments or email me at hello@yesterdayscurry.com
