For those of you who don’t know, I am a professional chef, trained at Leiths School of Food & Wine in London and as well as my research into Goan cuisine, I wanted give you guys the chance to ask me any cooking related questions. Not sure what joint of meat to use in a curry? Unsure how to make the perfect rice? Got a question about how to make your own spice blend? Or even help with baking or cooking vegetables? This isn’t restricted to Goan or Indian food - whatever it is, in my cooking Q&As, I will be answering your burning cooking questions on video.
